Celebrating Elliott Barnes

Today, a work by Elliott Barnes enters the collection of France's Mobilier National.
Supporting artistic professions and creation since the 17th century, the Mobilier National is a major player in the contemporary creation and promotion of French decorative arts.
This institution is one of the founding members of the Campus of Excellence for arts and design professions launched at Paris' Gobelins factory in 2020.
Attached to the Ministry of Culture, its mission is to ensure the conservation of its unique collections and to perpetuate and transmit expertise in the creation and restoration of tens of thousands of pieces of furniture and objects intended for the furnishing and decoration of public buildings in France and abroad.
Mobilier National is hosting a ceremony to celebrate its new acquisitions today.
